Our company is the personal data manager that you provide to us as a customer. We collect only basic personal data, not sensitive information. Personal information includes name, surname, title, business address, company position, email, phone, and professional preferences.

When processing your personal data, GEMCO, s.r.o. takes care of the security of the personal data you transmit to us. Our right is that we can reject information requirements that are unreasonable, inappropriately repeated, or their acquisition requires unreasonable effort or would be difficult to obtain (typically from backup systems, archive materials, etc.).
Because personal data may change over time (for example, changing Surname), we will be glad to inform you that you have made any changes so that your personal data is up to date and that there are no mistakes.
This is also related to your right to repair the personal information we have about you. If you find that our data is no longer up to date, you have the right to have it repaired.
If you believe that we do not process your personal data in accordance with the law, you have the right to object and we will then verify the legitimacy of your request.
